Graduating from Kikkawa College in 2002, Lisa has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years. Over the past decade, she has enjoyed practicing Massage Therapy in the Milton community while working with numerous clients in various multidisciplinary clinics.
Experience, intuition, and numerous training courses, enable Lisa to create customized treatment plans that are unique to each individual client. These customized plans promote and enhance optimal wellness for her clients.
As a daily yoga practitioner, and former International Athlete, Lisa is familiar with associated sports injuries and mis-alignment conditions. She also believes the mind/body/spirit connection plays a very important roll in the bodies’ healing process.

Dr. Christine Mangubat, B.P.E (Kin), DC., D. Ac., A.R.T
Dr. Mangubat holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of New Brunswick – where she was a varsity athlete, playing competitive level volleyball. She also attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2006. Dr. Mangubat sees patients with conditions ranging from acute injuries to degenerative diseases, but she has a special interest in sports injuries and women’s health and wellness. Additionally, she has post-graduate training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and is certified in Active Release Technique (ART). She utilizes various taping techniques with Kinesiotape and RockTape. In addition to her practice at Moksha Wellness, she also sees patients in Mississauga at the world-renowned sports medicine clinic owned by Dr. Anthony Galea. Athletics has played a major role throughout her personal life as well; from gymnastics and diving, to playing volleyball, mountain & adventure racing.
Dr. Mangubat is a mother of two beautiful children, aged three and five years, and has lived in the Milton community for seven years. She has practiced Bikram and Moksha yoga for over 15 years. She has a love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking with her family, running, rock climbing, and playing beach volleyball.

Regine Gorospe, R.Ac, R.TCMP
Regine is a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.Ac, R.TCMP). She uses Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic tools such as Tongue and Pulse Diagnosis and Meridian Palpation to identify one’s imbalance and overall state of health. Her goal is to prevent major illness and identify the underlying cause of disease and treat it with the least invasive therapies.
The treatment modalities she uses include Body and Scalp Acupuncture (Manual and Electroacupuncture Manipulation), Tuina, Cupping, Moxabustion, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Medicated Diet. Depending on the person’s diagnosic pattern, a combination of these will be chosen to help bring the body back to balance.
Over the last 5 years, she has worked in professions that strived to integrate the best of both Eastern and Western Practices. She has worked as a Healthy Living Advisor at Rexall Pharmacy and a Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist and Physiotherapist Assistant at Aim2walk Neurological Rehabilitation Clinic and Habitual Fitness and Lifestyle Gym.
While she believes that the best education comes from experience, she formally studied at the University of Toronto, earning an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology and at The Toronto School or Traditional Chinese Medicine and Institute of Traditional Medicine, earning her diploma as a Practitioner of Chinese Medicine.

Greg has been a lifelong coach at heart and formally graduated in February of 2015 from the Institute of
Integrative Nutrition as a certified health and wellness coach. He also received his Associate Coaching Certification from the Integral Coaching Canada program in 2010. He is also a certified yoga instructor and meditation facilitator
Greg has a passion for helping people transform their lives. He firmly believes that when we are fully supported and given the right tools and resources we can begin to free ourselves from habitual patterns, limiting beliefs and emotional wounds of the past that prevent us from living the abundant and joyful life we were meant to live. Having gone through his own healing and transformative journey he is extremely committed and excited to help people travel that same path to a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life.
Greg brings a blend of ‘being’ and ‘doing’ to the coaching experience incorporating the practice of mindfulness along with specific goal related exercises for the client to engage in on a regular basis. Whether its managing stress more effectively, finding better work life balance, improving self esteem..etc, he holds the coaching process in a very caring and trusted space, working closely with clients throughout the sessions to create the long term sustainable change they are looking for.
